Our description
Ouranoupolis Princess Hotel is located in a very quiet location near Ouranoupolis. There are 22 air-conditioned rooms for 2-4 people, with additionally charged buffet breakfast available. The hotel has a swimming pool and small pets are allowed.
The beach (with pebbles) is about 500m away, across the highway (the hotel is on a gentle hill). The nearest supermarket and restaurant are a 2-minute walk away.
Rooms have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, small fridge, safe box, hairdryer, terrace with tumble dryer and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Half of the rooms have a sea view from afar.
Towels replacement and cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen is replaced after two nights.
The hotel is disabled friendly, as it has a ramp and elevator.
There's also a shower i.e. shared bathroom available, and on request, in addition to a crib, a baby feeder can be provided. The front desk is open 24/7.
There's no private parking, so guests can park their vehicles nearby.

Owners description
Ouranoupolis Princess Hotel is a newly built accommodation, located at the entrance of the small picturesque fishing village of Ouranoupolis, at the roots of Mount Athos. It features a swimming pool and breakfast room, used also as a cafe during the evenings. It is found 500m from the center of Ouranoupolis and the pilgrim's office that issues the permission for Mount Athos and 100m from the beach.
The nearest restaurant and mini market are just at a 100mwalking distance. Ouranoupolis Princess offers single, double and triple rooms, all with bathroom, free WiFi internet, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe and refrigerator. Most of the rooms have balconies. There are rooms without a balcony in the attic and others with a view to the sea or mountain. Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
The hotel provides free transportation service to the center of Ouranoupolis, the pilgrimage office of Mount Athos and to the port.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
