Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Alkionari by Maria Rooms is located on the island of Ammouliani, 300m from the nearest beach and 200m from the central square.
The accommodation is situated in an excellent position, in close proximity to a market and an excellent restaurant that offers a rich variety of cooked meals at affordable prices.
The offer includes exceptionally clean studios for two and three people located on the high ground floor and first floor, as well as two studios for four people located on the second floor. The accommodation units are similarly equipped and contain a double bed with an additional single bed in the triple studios, and sofas for two in the apartments.
The accommodation is air-conditioned. Guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove (one of the studios on the high ground floor has a kitchen on the terrace), a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower with a curtain and toiletries.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony furnished with seating. The studios on the top floor share a common balcony equipped with two sets of seating.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done daily.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Postovani, preko vikenda je bilo slpbodnih soba, po proslogodisnjim cenama. Da li sada nema ponuda jer jos uvek nema novih cena? Zainteresovani smo za dve sobe, jednu trokrevetnu (dvoje odraslih i jedno 4-orogodisnje dete) i jednu cetvorokrevetnu (dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece-4 i 8 godina). Termin koji nas zanima je 7.07.- 12.07.
