This villa is situated in a tranquil, natural environment with stunning views of the sea and mountains in the distance. The spacious yard with a lawn, sun loungers, and seating area is ideal for outdoor relaxation.

There are two rooms available, each with an entrance on the ground floor, and due to the sloping terrain, their balconies are located on the first floor level. Each room has its own bathroom, and within the sleeping area, there is a French bed, making this accommodation suitable for up to two adults.

The air-conditioned units feature a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, iron, standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. From the balcony, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy views of the sea or mountains.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests have access to a reception open from 09:00 to 23:00.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 13 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
