Accommodation description

Corali Luxury Villas is a complex of luxurious maisonettes 100m from the beach in Ierissos, in a quiet location, across the stadium. Maisonettes can accommodate up to five people, and being only four of them, independent from each other, guests will have complete privacy. They’re located in a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a lawn suitable for children to play, barbecue, gazebo, sitting sets and bicycles. Outside the courtyard, there are four covered parking spaces, and guests are welcome throughout the year.

The accommodation is located in the surroundings of greenery, and the earthy road leads to it. The center of Ierissos is 500m away, the nearest grocery store and bakery are at 400m, and a restaurant is at 200m.

There are two smaller (Veronia and Isidella) and two larger (Lophelia and Amphilia) maisonettes (45-50m2). On the lower level, each has a kitchen and a living room with two single sofa beds (an auxiliary bed can also be added), as well as the bathroom with enclosed shower area. On the upper level, there’s a bedroom, not separated by the door, with one double bed and a toilet.

Maisonettes have a separate heating and cooling system, two TV sets, internet, large fridge with freezer, stove, hairdryer, mosquito nets and a terrace with awnings, while baby crib is available on request.

Veronia and Isidella have two terraces each, and Lophelia and Amphilia have three terraces each.

Cleaning is performed every fourth day, while the towels and linen are replaced every third day. Laundry service is also available free of charge.

One of the maisonettes is suitable for people with disabilities.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

For reservations in 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Two-level, Veronia & Isidella, for period from 12.07.2026 to 19.07.2026, there is a discounted price of 1260 euros for 7 nights.
For reservations in 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Two-level, Veronia & Isidella, for period from 24.07.2026 to 31.07.2026, for stays of 7 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 175 euros per day.
