Our description

Corali Luxury Villas is a complex of luxurious maisonettes 100m from the beach in Ierissos, in a quiet location, across the stadium. Maisonettes can accommodate up to five people, and being only four of them, independent from each other, guests will have complete privacy. They're located in a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a lawn suitable for children to play, barbecue, gazebo, sitting sets and bicycles. Outside the courtyard, there are four covered parking spaces, and guests are welcome throughout the year.

The accommodation is located in the surroundings of greenery, and the earthy road leads to it. The center of Ierissos is 500m away, the nearest grocery store and bakery are at 400m, and a restaurant is at 200m.

There are two smaller (Veronia and Isidella) and two larger (Lophelia and Amphilia) maisonettes (45-50m2). On the lower level, each has a kitchen and a living room with two single sofa beds (an auxiliary bed can also be added), as well as the bathroom with enclosed shower area. On the upper level, there's a bedroom, not separated by the door, with one double bed and a toilet.

Maisonettes have a separate heating and cooling system, two TV sets, internet, large fridge with freezer, stove, hairdryer, mosquito nets and a terrace with awnings, while baby crib is available on request.

Veronia and Isidella have two terraces each, and Lophelia and Amphilia have three terraces each.

Cleaning is performed every fourth day, while the towels and linen are replaced every third day. Laundry service is also available free of charge.

One of the maisonettes is suitable for people with disabilities.

Coral Luxury Villas is the complex consisted of four maisonettes designed in a modern architectural style, each with an independent staircase. Behind the complex, there is a lawn for rest and relaxation. A mere 100m from the beach, the complex features residences with large balconies. It's situated 2km from Ierissos port, where one can take a boat to Mount Athos, and 110km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Maisonette no. 1 Veronia is named after the coral reefs that have inspired so many singers with their amazing formations. Upon entering, you will find yourselves in a warm, inviting space, bathed in the light from the two verandas looking over the sea and the hills of ancient Akanthos. A perfect place for deeply romantic feelings.

Maisonette no. 2 Isidella was named after the coral wealth of the ocean that has moved poets and authors throughout time. Once inside, residents cannot but to be moved by the comfortable surroundings bathed in light, with an incredible view of Mount Athos from the two balconies. No one can remain unmoved by watching the sunrise from the sea.

Maisonette No. 3 Lophelia was named after a rare, colourful coral species. It's elegant, comfortable and cool, with three balconies that overlook the deep-blue bay and the verdant hills, offering guests the opportunity to relax, dream and enjoy their stay.

Maisonette Amphilia has been named after the rare deep-sea species so akin to a work of abstract art. The peace and tranquillity of its interior, the view over the sea and the hills from its three balconies, the colours of daybreak and sunset create beautiful and happy memories.
