Utopia Apartment is located in Jerisos, a popular tourist destination on Mount Athos, on the eastern coast of the third peninsula of Halkidiki, known for its very long sandy beach next to the turquoise sea, just 1km away.
The accommodation unit is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, one of the bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and all bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin and a shower with a glass screen.
On warm summer days, overlooking the street, guests can relax on the veranda equipped with seating furniture.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.
There is no private parking available, but free parking space can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
Utopia Apartment is located 4km away from Kakoudia Beach, 6.1km from the popular small town of Nea Roda, and 102km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
