Owner description
La Mer Luxury Apartments are located in the town of Jerisos, the most popular tourist destination in Athos, on the eastern coast of the third Halkidiki peninsula, known for its very long sandy beach next to turquoise waters, just 50m away from the accommodation, with all the amenities necessary for a perfect and pleasant family vacation.
The property offers nine modernly equipped accommodation units.
Studios (N.7, N.8, N.9) are located in the semi-basement and can accommodate up to three people. They consist of a double bed, a sofa for one person, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Studios (N.5, N.6) are located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to two people. They consist of a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Studio (N.6) is adapted for people with disabilities.
Studios (N.3, N.4) are located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. They consist of a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Studios (N.1, N.2) are located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. They are on two levels, with a room with a double bed, kitchenette, and bathroom on the first level, and a double bed on the open gallery on the second level.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, room service, as well as a kitchenette with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms have a shower tray with a glass partition and toiletries.
During hot summer days, with a view of the sea or the garden, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
La Mer Luxury Apartments is located 5.5km away from the resort of Nea Roda, 7.2km from Tripiti, where ferries depart for Ammouliani Island, and 103km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
