In a quiet part of the resort town of Ierissos, just about 80 m from the beach, Penelope’s View Home is located, a modern and comfortable accommodation that is an excellent choice for families and larger groups of friends looking for a quality seaside holiday. The property is modernly designed and created to provide a pleasant stay with functional space and a relaxed atmosphere, while the shore can be reached in just a few minutes of an easy walk. Ierissos is known for its long sandy beaches, clean sea, and calm Mediterranean ambiance, making it an ideal destination for anyone who wants to combine relaxation with enjoying natural beauty.

The property offers a total of six carefully and modernly equipped apartments, located on the ground floor and the first floor, designed for a comfortable stay of up to four adults. Each accommodation unit is functionally organized and includes a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy during the stay. All apartments are equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two people, making them suitable both for families and smaller groups looking for practical and pleasant seaside accommodation.

A baby cot is available upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking, and its use is included in the accommodation price.

Each unit is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, as well as two flat-screen TVs, and a hairdryer for added convenience during the stay. The kitchens are functionally designed for everyday meal preparation and include two ceramic hobs, a small oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, coffee machine, and toaster, while a microwave oven is available in units that do not have a standard oven. Frying food is not allowed in the accommodation.

The outdoor area of the property is carefully arranged to provide guests with a pleasant environment for outdoor relaxation. Depending on the apartment’s position, balconies or private fenced ground-floor verandas are available, further enhancing comfort and privacy. All outdoor units are equipped with seating furniture, ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening rest after a day at the beach.

Pets are allowed upon prior request at the time of booking and with an additional fee, in accordance with the property’s conditions.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is carried out every four days during guests’ stay, in order to maintain a high level of cleanliness and comfort.

Parking is available on the street, there is no private parking.

Ierissos is a picturesque resort on the eastern coast of the Halkidiki peninsula, known for its long sandy beaches, crystal-clear sea, and pleasant atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for family holidays as well as for anyone seeking a peaceful summer getaway. The town offers numerous tavernas, cafés, pastry shops, and stores, so all essential amenities are easily accessible during the stay. Thanks to its favorable location, Ierissos is also a good starting point for exploring the eastern part of Halkidiki, visiting nearby beaches, and taking boat trips along the coast of Mount Athos. The Thessaloniki International Airport is about 102 km away, making this destination easily accessible for guests arriving from various regions.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
