One of the most popular accommodations for Ormos Panagias

Anna Pousi Studios in Ormos Panagias is an excellent accommodation for families with small children due to the spacious yard and a beach which is very close, but also for those who want a peaceful holiday and quality accommodation.

Accommodation is located at only 170m from the sandy beach Trani Ammouda (Livrohio), awarded with a Blue Flag, and about 850m from Ormos Panagias with mini-markets, bakeries, restaurants, and bars.

Anna Pousi Studios consists of two buildings, one was completely renovated in 2017, while the other one was renovated in 2018.

In the renovated building there are triple and quadruple studios (18m2), as well as three apartments (36m2) with one or two separate bedrooms. Triple studios have one double bed and a single bed, while the quadruple has one double and two bunk beds. Apartments can accommodate up to five persons and have one double, one single, and two bunk beds. The ground floor apartment has one separate bedroom, while apartments on the first floor have two. In the other building, there are seven studios, on the ground and on the first floor. They have one double bed and bunk beds.

All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, kettle, and necessary dishes, while the apartments have an aspirator in addition. Also, there's internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, hairdryer, and a small bathroom with shower and curtain in all accommodation units. Studios have small balconies, while the apartments have medium balconies. The clean set of bed linen and towels is given every 3-4 days, while the cleaning is available upon request.

At first glance, there's a spacious yard with a small playground, barbecue, seating sets a hammock, and a shower. Private parking in the yard is provided for all guests.

Enter Ormos Panagias from the direction of Nikiti and entering at the entrance leading to the beach Trani Ammouda (left), not towards the port. After 800m downhill, on the flat land, you will see Anna Pousi Studios on your left-hand side.

This accommodation is an excellent choice for families with children due to its location, the spacious yard, and new furniture, as well as for couples who can share 2-bedroom apartments. Although the accommodation units aren't too comfortable, they are tastefully decorated and friendly owners are at disposal for everything guests may need.

Apartment number 6 features two bedrooms and accommodates 5 guests, including 2 adults and three children. It is spacious, clean, and situated in an excellent location, just 50 meters from the courtyard exit to the beach, which is approximately 150 meters away. The beach is large and beautiful, with the sea being wonderfully clear. In July, it tends to be quite crowded, but there is always enough space available. The entrance to the Aqua Park costs €10 for the entire day. Regarding the apartment, everything is fine; the only minor complaint pertains to the stove burners, which heat up slowly, making it take a considerable amount of time to prepare breakfast or other meals. Those who frequently vacation in Greece are likely accustomed to this. Behind the apartment, there is a well-maintained area for grilling, complete with a table under a fig and olive tree. Nearby, there is a fish market at the Ormos Panagiasa harbor, just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient for those interested. Overall, the apartment is in a fantastic location, spacious enough for my liking, clean, and the landlady is a kind woman. The apartment is cleaned upon request, and she always asked us every fourth day if we needed cleaning. Towels and bed linens are changed, so I have no complaints. If we vacation in the same place again, I would gladly return to the same apartment.

A decent accommodation (studio) for a family with small children. The studio felt too small for us due to our older kids. The proximity to the beach, the spacious yard for afternoon and evening relaxation, and the kindness of the hosts are commendable.

We were there seven days ago, and I have nothing but praise. The accommodation is good and clean. The yard is perfect for children. A big shout-out to Valentin, the host. It's close to the beach, and you don't even need to start the car. The oven in apartment number 1 works perfectly.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is sufficiently comfortable for a family of four, equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is tidy and clean, with bed linen and towels changed every two days. Located close to a beautiful beach. I highly recommend it to anyone who chooses this peaceful and idyllic destination. The accommodation met our expectations. The owner of the accommodation is very kind and willing to cooperate. We traveled with two babies, one six months old and a preschooler. The only downside of the accommodation is that the water was not drinkable (this made it difficult for us to wash the baby bottles, but if it weren't for that, it wouldn't have bothered us) and the Wi-Fi was very weak. They have a beautiful and spacious yard, very suitable for children. Our two-bedroom apartment had a very large and lovely terrace. A nice accommodation, although the place itself is quite small and lacks any amenities, for those who need them.

The immediate proximity to one of the most beautiful and certainly the largest beaches on Sithonia offers the possibility to bring your own coffee, food, or cold drinks to the beach, which can be a significant saving. Parking is provided in a very spacious courtyard, shaded by natural trees. The entire studio has been renovated, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary items, including a large two-compartment refrigerator. On the terrace, you will have the opportunity to communicate with neighbors, which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on your preferences. The playground depicted in the pictures was not available on-site. Bed linens and towels are provided upon request, and cleaning of the space is self-service.

There are no bins in the entire courtyard, so you have to carry your trash to the container on the street (about 100m from the courtyard).

A decent accommodation located about 50 meters from the beautiful Trani Amouda beach. The location is truly excellent. I was taken aback by the rudeness of the owner and the fact that I could not recognize the yard, as the website featured a picture with a children's playground, while in reality, there were no toys at all. Therefore, I suggest that the agency at least update the photographs. This was an important reason why I booked this accommodation. The studio is very small, and two people can barely pass each other. You clean the rooms yourself, you receive the equipment, but you don’t even get a minimal amount of detergent. Perhaps I am being too demanding, but I did not expect to have to buy cleaning supplies while on vacation. All in all, a solid choice.

We are currently staying at Anna Pousi apartments. The accommodation comes highly recommended. The hygiene is at a high level, and the hosts are very friendly. It is located close to the beach, with a beautiful courtyard.
