Ianthi Maisonettes accommodation complex is located 450m from the beach in the village of Nea Roda, in a peaceful location suitable for a relaxing family vacation.
Offered for rent within the complex are three separate apartments on two levels, designed to accommodate up to six people. The apartments on the first level (high ground floor) have a living room with a sofa and a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a large bathroom adapted for people with disabilities. On the second level (first floor), there is an additional bathroom and two bedrooms - one equipped with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a pull-out bed.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
These air-conditioned units provide guests with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the garden and the sea in the distance, on the private balcony or veranda furnished with seating sets.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units and replacement of towels during the stay is done every three days. In the basement level, guests have access to a common room equipped with a washing and drying machine, as well as ironing equipment.
One parking space per apartment is provided for guests within the courtyard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
