Accommodation description

Eugenia Studios is the accommodation located two minutes from the center of Ammouliani and all other amenities. It has six well-maintained and clean accommodation units for 2-3 people.

The nearest unorganized beach is five minutes from the accommodation, and the nearest organized beach is 2.5 km away.

There are three studios (one double and two 2+1) and three rooms-without a kithcen (two double and one triple).

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, terrace, mosquito nets, hairdryer and bathroom with shower. The kitchens in the studios have a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove.

Towels are changed every three days, cleaning is done every 3-4 days, and bed linen is changed every fourth day.

The accommodation does not have a yard.

Private parking is not provided, so guests park their cars on the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
