Description
Eugenia Studios is the accommodation located two minutes from the center of Ammouliani and all other amenities. It has eight well-maintained and clean accommodation units for 2-6 people.
The nearest beach, unorganized, is five minutes from the accommodation and the closest organized beach is 2,5km away.
They offer three studios (one double and two 2+1), four rooms (one single, two double and one 2+1) and one duplex apartment (5+1).
The apartment is located in the semi-basement and has a separate entrance. The kitchen and the dining room are connected and lead to the bedrooms with one double and a single bed, i.e one double and an auxiliary bed. The bedrooms are one step below the kitchen level and they are dimly lit. The apartment has two bathrooms, two steps above the kitchen level.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, terrace, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a bathroom with a shower tub. Kitchens in studios have a small fridge and a 2-ring hob, while the kitchen in the apartment has a large fridge and stove.
Towels are replaced every three days, cleaning is performed every 3-4 days, and bed linen is replaced every fourth day.
The accommodation has no yard.
Private parking is not provided, so guests park their vehicles on the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
