On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The attic has a double bed and a sofa for two people. The basement contains a renovated wine cellar where guests can taste wines for an additional fee.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine.

Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
