Dandy Villa is located in the peaceful village of Komitsa, near Nea Roda on the Athos Peninsula, just 900 meters from the beach. This three-story house with two bedrooms accommodates up to six people. It is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and a garden with a barbecue. It is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy privacy and a tranquil environment.
The property features a three-level house with two bedrooms, suitable for up to six guests. The ground floor consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The attic has a double bed and a sofa for two people. The basement contains a renovated wine cellar where guests can taste wines for an additional fee.
