Dandy Villa is located in the peaceful settlement of Komitsa, near the town of Nea Roda on the Athos Peninsula, at a distance of 900m from the beach.
Offered for rent is a three-level house with two bedrooms, designed to accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor, there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The first floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The attic contains a double bed and a sofa for two. In the basement, there is a renovated wine cellar where guests can enjoy wine tasting for an additional charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV in the living room and bedrooms, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom leads to a balcony furnished with seating and offering a beautiful side view of the sea or the pool.
Guests can spend warm summer days in the beautifully landscaped garden with a private pool, and they also have the option to barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets weighing up to 10kg are allowed, while there is an extra charge for larger pets with prior agreement with the owners.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the unit during their stay, as well as for changing towels and bed linen, which are provided.

Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
