Description
Magdachris Luxury Rooms is located right on the beach in the village of Agios Georgios Pagon, on the island of Corfu. This property is modernly equipped and is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the fantastic sea view.
Accommodation units are available on the ground floor and first floor, and the stay is based on bed and breakfast.
Studios can accommodate two or three people and contain two adjoining single beds, a folding armchair, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Apartments can accommodate four people and include a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other with two adjoining single beds), and a bathroom.
The air-conditioned units feature a TV, WiFi internet, a safe, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine (in apartments), as well as a kitchen equipped with two or four burners, a large oven (in apartments), a standard or large refrigerator, a microwave (in studios), a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower tray without a tub and toiletries are provided. A baby cot is available upon request.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy views of the sea and the garden. There is also a beautifully landscaped garden with a sun loungers and umbrellas, and a barbecue for outdoor cooking enjoyment.
The property has a reception area. Guests receive breakfast in their room every day.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done every three or four days.
Pets are not allowed. Parking is available for guests in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
