Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
Lucky Villa is located in the village of Benitses, on the island of Corfu, just 600m from the beach. This modern, elegant, and minimalist villa with a private pool and spacious yard offers a stunning sea view, making it the perfect place for a vacation.
This two-story maisonette can accommodate a maximum of eight adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On the second level (first floor), there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The three bedrooms each have a double bed, the fourth bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa for two.
All rooms within the property are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, washing machine, as well as fully equipped kitchens with a four-burner stove, large oven, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin with glass enclosure and toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and high chair are available.
There is a veranda and balcony with seating area and panoramic sea views. In the beautiful and landscaped yard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends or relax by the pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A table tennis is also available in the yard.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done every three or four days.
Lucky Villa is 12.9km away from the port, 13.6km from the main town of Corfu, and 11km from the airport.
