NL Clara Villa is located in Pirgi, on the island of Corfu, 1.2km from the nearest beach. The villa, with its minimalist design and panoramic sea views, offers comfort and refined luxury, ensuring a quality stay.
The accommodation unit is a maisonette on two levels and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, as well as a bathroom. On the second level (first floor) there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes WiFi, a smart TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin with toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and high chair are available.
The veranda and balcony are furnished with seating areas and offer panoramic sea views. Guests can enjoy time with family and friends by the pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.
Pets are not allowed. Parking is provided for guests.
The accommodation unit is cleaned, and bed linen and towels are changed every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
