Guilford Loft Studio is the perfect spot to experience the Venetian charm of the old town, situated right in the heart of Corfu Town. Have an amazing sojourn in this lovely studio, stroll in the cobbled little streets of Corfu town, enjoy the sun and greenery of the centre, all in a walking distance from your home base, located literally in the heart of the city centre. The closest beach is 2.3km away.

The studio is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, it is built on two levels and can accommodate two adults and two children, featuring a living room with two single sofas, a kitchen and a bathroom on the first level, while in the attic there is an open sleeping area and a toilet. Its wooden floors and bright white walls reflect sunlight, while minimalist decoration and urban architecture create an stylish environment. Heading up from an indoor staircase on the attic, you will find an open sleeping area (there is no door at the top of the stairs) with a double bed, as well as a toilet.

This studio is surely the epitome of elegance and coziness, succeeding to combine style and comfort in a harmonious way, with the aim of providing guests with a quality vacation in a great location. It features air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer and a kitchen with a standard refrigerator, four cooktop burners and a large oven, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom includes a glass shower cabin. A baby cot and high chair can be requested if needed.

There is no balcony, only windows with an impressive view of Dimarchiou Square.

Pets are not permitted. Parking is not available and it should be noted that finding a spot in this central area may be challenging.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
