Description
Giem Villa is located in Dasia, on the island of Corfu, 700m away from Ipsos beach. This modernly equipped villa offers comfort and a warm atmosphere with a breathtaking panoramic view of the azure sea that simply takes your breath away.
This two-level maisonette can accommodate up to eight people. On the first level (at the ground floor level from the entrance to the accommodation, while the frontal entrance is at the first floor level) there is a living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The second level houses four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds.
The villa is air-conditioned and has free WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, a safe, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathrooms feature a bathtub with glass partition, a shower cabin, and a walk-in shower with glass partition and toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
The veranda is furnished with a seating area and offers panoramic views of the sea and the pool.
In the yard, there is a barbecue, a pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, and facilities for children.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done every three or four days.
Giem Villa is 10.8km away from the port and 13.8km away from the airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
