Spileo House is situated in a superb hillside location near the village of Spileo, surrounded by olive trees, just 850 metres from the beautiful beach of Messonghi. The signature of the owners Lavranos is obvious in the elegant, unique atmosphere that was created through a combination of comfort, island style and personal aesthetics. Magnificent views of the Ionian Sea, a relaxing outdoor pool and poolside BBQ all combine to make memorable holiday moments.

- Adults are considered to be persons older than 17 years.
- Stays for persons younger than 17 years are not approved.
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
