The complex offers five accommodation units of various capacities, making it suitable for couples, small families, larger families, and groups of friends. The advantage of this accommodation lies in its peaceful location, proximity to the sea, well-maintained courtyard with plenty of shade, and the option to stay in different well-equipped apartments for a pleasant summer vacation. Guests have access to a shared barbecue, outdoor relaxation areas, and free parking in the immediate vicinity of the property.
Within the complex, there is one apartment with one bedroom, three apartments with two bedrooms, and a separate house with two bedrooms. The one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed and bunk beds, accommodating up to four adults. The two-bedroom apartments are situated on the ground floor, first floor, and attic, hosting up to four or five adults depending on the capacity. They all have the same layout with a kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchen area includes a sofa for one person, while the bedrooms have a combination of two single beds, a double bed, or additional single beds, depending on the unit’s capacity. The house is on the ground floor and comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds, with a sofa for one adult in the kitchen. The house can accommodate up to five adults, providing privacy for guests seeking a more secluded vacation.
Upon request, a baby cot can be provided at no extra charge, catering to families with infants and young children for a more comfortable and convenient stay without the need for additional equipment.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, included in the stay’s price. Additionally, fans are available in all units to enhance comfort during hot summer days. Guests have access to free WiFi and satellite TV in each unit. A hairdryer is also provided in all units, eliminating the need for guests to bring additional equipment. The kitchens are fully equipped for preparing all kinds of meals. The ground floor apartment and the house feature four standard hobs and a large oven, while the other units have two standard hobs and a smaller oven. Each unit includes a kettle and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
At Splantza Apartments, each accommodation unit has its own balcony or veranda, depending on its position. The one-bedroom apartment has a small balcony, the two-bedroom apartment on the first floor has a large balcony, and the attic apartment has two balconies, one of standard size and one larger. The ground floor apartment and the house have private fenced verandas providing additional comfort for families with children or elderly guests. The view from the accommodations overlooks the courtyard and the street. Guests can enjoy the landscaped and fenced courtyard with well-maintained lawns and natural shade. The outdoor shower and shared barbecue are located in the courtyard. During their stay at this accommodation, guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of their units. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. If guests desire additional cleaning during their stay, this service is available for an extra charge with prior arrangement with the owners. Ammoudia is a small seaside village in the Preveza region, approximately 17 km from Parga, known for its long and wide sandy beach, ideal for families with children in this part of Greece. Ammoudia beach features a very long shallow water area, fine sand, and a gradual entry into the sea, making it particularly suitable for young children and non-swimmers. A natural shade is present in part of the beach, while several cafes and beach bars offer sun loungers and umbrellas. The beach is spacious enough to accommodate all visitors even during the peak season. In the vicinity, there is the delta of the famous Acheron River, one of the most renowned natural attractions in Epirus. Visitors can enjoy kayaking on the Acheron River, boat trips, cave explorations, and swimming in the open sea. Parga is approximately 17 km away, Preveza about 47 km, and Lefkada around 72 km. Nature enthusiasts are recommended to visit the springs of the Acheron River, located about 25 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport, Aktio near Preveza, is approximately 51 km away. - Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
