Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The Nepheli Hotel is located in the small village of Kastrosykia, 80m from the sandy beach, offering accommodation units for two to five people.
The service is based on bed and breakfast, with guests having access to a 24/7 reception, safe deposit box (at an additional cost), exotic courtyard, bar, elevator, open-air pool with bar, lobby, restaurant, and private parking.
The Kanali beach is about 2km away.
The hotel has 25 accommodation units.
Four double and triple rooms (20-24m2) of the Economy type on the ground floor, have one double or two single beds and a sofa, 14 standard double rooms (25m2) have one double or two single beds, four standard triple rooms (28m2) have one double bed and a sofa, and three completely renovated quadruple apartments (40-45m2) of the Superior Suite type in the attic, have one double and single bed and a sofa bed.
The units are located in the basement, on the first and second floors. Standard economical rooms are located on the ground floor, and the top floor of the hotel is new.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, mini-bar, WiFi, terrace with sea view, and a bathroom with a shower cabin, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.
Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free with a mandatory drink consumption.
Bed linen and towels are changed every other day, while room cleaning is done daily.
The property has private parking.
The advantage of this accommodation is that the owners speak Serbian, so there are no communication issues.

Da li postoje slike soba na prvom spratu, tj.koliko su skromnije? I koja je razlika izmedju Economy i Standard kategorizacije. Ja sam konkretno zainteresovana za trokrevetnu sobu,pa bi mi značilo ako imate neku sliku da mi posaljete. Hvala unapred Pozdrav
