Our description
Roussis Studios is the accommodation in Parga and consists of equipped studios for a maximum of three people. Amenities include private parking and wireless internet. The building was renovated in 2015 and offers very nice accommodation at a reasonable price.
The center of Parga is about 800m away, Piso Krioneri beach is at 900m and the fantastic Lihnos beach is about 2,5km away. The nearest grocery store is at 400, while the nearest bakery is 750m away.
They offer seven triple studios (26-32m2) with one double and a single bed or a sofa bed for two. Studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, kitchen (two hot plates and a refrigerator with freezer), safe box and a terrace.
Cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
Roussis Studios has no swimming pool, but guests can use the swimming pool with purchased drinks from the bar in Irini Hotel across the street.
Private parking is provided.
The owners live in the villa and some of them is always available for any help or information.
Once you enter Parga, you will find this accommodation on the right-hand side of the main road, at the fire station.
Roussis Studios is located on the main road and sometimes it can be a little noisier in the studios facing the road. Nevertheless, this accommodation is excellent and with reasonable prices, ideal for families and couples.

Roussis Studios is the newly built accommodation in a beautiful and quiet area in Parga. Studios for 2-3 persons have an equipped kitchenette, bathroom and a balcony.
There is also private parking and an attractive garden. Within a walking distance, there are two pools with pool bars available.
Our house belongs to A category. Facilities include a kitchen, refrigerator, balcony, parking, garden, air conditioning, TV, mountain view and a street view.
Distance from the center and the beach is 800m.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, We are 1couple with 1 children up to 5 years old The child sleeps in the room with the parents, a separate room is not necessary. We are looking for accommodation for any other 8 nights in the period 3- 13 august. Do you have anything available? How far is it to the center of Parga and what are the nearest beaches ?
