Thanks to its peaceful setting and functional, well-equipped accommodation units, it is an excellent choice for couples, families, and anyone looking to enjoy a vacation away from the hustle and bustle. Parga, one of the most beautiful Mediterranean destinations in Greece, enchants visitors with its picturesque narrow streets, colorful houses, rich history, and stunning coastline surrounded by turquoise waters and lush greenery. The center of Parga is approximately 800m away, Piso Krioneri Beach is about 900m away, while one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, Lihnos Beach, is located approximately 2.5km from the property. The nearest grocery store is 400m away, while the nearest bakery is approximately 750m from the accommodation.
The property offers studios and apartments that can accommodate up to three adults. The studios are located on the second floor and consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. They feature one double bed and either one single bed or a single sofa bed.
The apartments are located on the first or second floor and consist of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features one double bed, while the living room has one single bed.
A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, a hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a single induction hob, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Depending on the floor where the accommodation unit is located, guests have access to either a balcony or a veranda, both furnished with outdoor seating, making them ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
Cleaning is provided daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
Roussis Studios does not have a swimming pool, but guests may use the pool at Irini Hotel, located directly across the street, provided they order a drink from the pool bar.
Private parking is available.
The owners live in the villa, and one of them is always available to assist guests with any information or help they may need.
After entering Parga, you will find this accommodation on the right-hand side of the main road, next to the fire station.
Roussis Studios is located on the main road, so the studios facing the road may occasionally experience some traffic noise. Nevertheless, this accommodation offers excellent value for money and is an ideal choice for both families and couples.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
