Hotel Description

Tommy’s House is a comfortable, tidy, and clean accommodation located 100m from the center of Parga, 80m from the Piso Krioneri beach, and 100m from the Krioneri beach. It was built in 2011, furnished with new furniture and appliances, offering studios for two to four people and four-bed apartments for four to five people.

The nearest store and bakery are located 100m away, while the Lihnos and Valtos beaches are about 2.5km away.

There are nine accommodation units available. Two four-bed studios (32m2) are situated on the ground floor, each featuring one double bed in the sleeping area and a sofa bed in the kitchen area, as well as one double studio (22m2) with a double bed. On the first floor, there is one studio (double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed) and one four-bed apartment (30m2) with two connected single beds in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the kitchen area, as well as a large four-bed apartment (57m2) for four to five people with one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room with a separate kitchen.

Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (mini stove with oven, fridge with freezer, and extractor hood), a terrace, and a safe for valuables.

Daily cleaning is provided, while bed linen and towels are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.

There are three parking spaces in front of the accommodation reserved for guests staying in the ground floor units.

The owners live in the villa and are available to provide any assistance or information.

Tommy’s House is an excellent choice for those seeking outstanding accommodation in a peaceful part of Parga.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
