Description
Tommys House is a clean and tidy accommodation 100m from the centre of Parge, 80m from Piso Krioneri beach and 100m from Krioneri beach. It was built in 2011, equipped with new furniture and appliances and consists of studios for 2-4 people and quadruple apartments.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are at 100m, while Lihnos and Valtos beach are about 2,5km away.
Tommys House has eight accommodation units. Three quadruple studios (32m2) on the ground floor have one double bed in the sleeping area and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. On the first floor there are two double studios (double bed with the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed) and one quadruple apartment (36m2) with a double bed in bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen. On the 2nd floor there is a large quadruple apartment (55m2) for 4-5 persons. It has one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room and a separate kitchen. On this floor there is also one studio for 2-4 persons.
Each accommodation unit has air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer, equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and aspirator), terrace and a safe box.
Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days, depending on a stay.
There are 3 parking spots in front of the house.
The owners live in the villa and they're available for any help or information.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, We are 1couple with 1 children up to 5 years old The child sleeps in the room with the parents, a separate room is not necessary. We are looking for accommodation for any other 8 nights in the period 3- 13 august. Do you have anything available? How far is it to the center of Parga and what are the nearest beaches ?
