Our description
Antonis Villa is located in the heart of Parga, 400m from the Krioneri beach. It offers WiFi internet and a swimming pool.
The closest grocery and bakery are 50m away.
The villa consists of double studios (17m2) with one double or two single beds and triple studios with one double and a single bed. Baby cot is available upon request.
Studios are air-conditioned, have a large plasma TV, safe box, fully equipped kitchen with two hot plates, mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every second day, and studios are cleaned daily.
They have no private parking, but guests can use public parking at only 50m.
Villa Antonis is an ideal choice for couples looking for quality accommodation in an excellent location in the center of town. It's one a few facilities downtown Parga with a pool.

Villa Antonis is situated at the center of the beautiful and picturesque Parga, opposite of the health centre. It's a fully renovated and modern building with all comforts and a neoclassical facade in perfect harmony with the picturesque alleyways and traditional neighbourhoods of Parga.
Our rooms have a modern style and design, and they are equipped with everything you need and to satisfy even the most demanding customers.
The villa has a swimming pool, a reception hall and a tourist information desk. For your convenience, the villa cooperates with a car and scooter rental agencies etc.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
