Edem Maisonette is located in Agia Kyriaki, about 2 km from the nearest beach and about 6 km from Parga. The accommodation is a good choice for guests who want a quieter environment, more space, and a pleasant stay outside the busiest tourist areas, with the possibility of an easy trip to the coast and surrounding towns. Thanks to its location between the sea and the green hinterland, this house provides a good base for a relaxed holiday, staying in a more natural environment and visiting the beaches and sights in the area.

Edem Maisonette is a house that is structured like a maisonette and offers spacious, beautifully decorated accommodation for up to nine adults. The premises are arranged on two levels: on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, dining area, and toilet, while on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor is designed as an open and pleasant living space for spending time together, preparing meals, and resting, while the first floor is set aside as a quieter sleeping area. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Additional sleeping places are provided in the living room, where there is a sofa for two people and a sofa for one person.

For families with babies, a baby cot can be provided on request and at no extra charge, which makes it easier for parents to organize their stay and makes the house more practical for a longer family vacation.

The house is equipped with amenities that allow guests a pleasant and independent stay during their vacation. Air conditioners are located in the living room and all bedrooms, so the temperature can be more easily adjusted in different parts of the house, while Wi-Fi internet enables daily connectivity. The guests also have a television, as well as a washing machine and a hair dryer, which is especially practical for a longer stay. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic plate with four heating zones, a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, so it provides good conditions for preparing meals and drinks.

The outdoor area consists of a private veranda, balconies, and a landscaped yard, so guests have several different places to stay outdoors during their vacation. The bedrooms open onto balconies, while the veranda and yard provide a pleasant space for sitting, relaxing, and spending time together outdoors. The yard is fenced and landscaped with a grassy area, and guests have a private barbecue at their disposal, which additionally contributes to a more relaxed stay. There is a view of the sea and the mountain from the accommodation, so the outdoor area is nicely connected to the natural environment in which the house is located.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For stays longer than eight days, the accommodation is cleaned, and bed linen and towels are changed every five days. For shorter stays, this service is not included, and additional cleaning, as well as additional sets of bed linen and towels, are not available during the stay.

Two private parking spaces are available to guests within the accommodation, which facilitates the organization of arrival and stay for guests traveling with their own vehicle. This convenience especially contributes to practicality during the summer season, as guests have a secure parking space without having to search for public parking in the area.

Agia Kyriaki is a quieter settlement, suitable for guests who want to relax in a more natural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the central part of Parga, but with the possibility of an easy trip to the sea and surrounding beaches. The settlement is located in a higher and greener area, in an environment that is more suitable for guests who prefer privacy, peace, and a more relaxed pace of stay than close proximity to the promenade and nightlife. There are beaches in the area that belong to this part of the Ionian coast, among which Lihnos beach stands out, accessible by a road that connects the village with the coast. Lihnos is one of the more famous beaches near Parga, located in a bay surrounded by green hills, with clear sea, landscaped areas, taverns, and facilities for staying during the day, so it suits guests who want a combination of natural ambience and practical facilities on the beach. The proximity of Parga makes it possible to go to restaurants, shops, promenades, the fortress, and city beaches, while upon returning to this settlement, guests can rely on a quieter environment and more space for rest. Due to this location, Agia Kyriaki is particularly suitable for guests who come with their own vehicle and want flexibility during their vacation, whether they plan a visit to the beaches, short trips, or a stay outside the busiest tourist areas. The accommodation is about 60 kilometers from the international airport in Preveza.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
