Important information

Booking and cancellation terms

A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Prices are per room per night for two adults on bed and breakfast (BB) basis. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

REMARK

All reservations should be fully paid not later than 20 days before arrival.
Minimum stay is five nights
Children are considered persons aged 0-11,99 years.
Children aged 0-4,99 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 5-11,99 years stay free of charge in Deluxe Villa (Private Pool), Duplex Suite (Mountain View) and Suite (Sea View).
EBD for accommodation does not apply to supplements.

SUPPLEMENT

Overnight stay tax is 4e per room per night.
The first child aged 5-11,99 years in 3 Bed Bungalow, Sea View, 3 Bed Bungalow, Private Pool, Sea View, 3 Bed Standard Room, Mountain View and 3 Bed Standard Room, Side Sea View, the first and second child aged 5-11,99 years in 4 Bed Junior Suite, Sea View and 4 Bed Junior Suite, Mountain View, i.e. the first, second and third child aged 5-11,99 years in 4 Bed Suite, Side Sea View, is charged 15,45e per person per night in the period from ¹⁄₇-³¹⁄₈.
The third adult in 4 Bed Suite, Side Sea View, 4 Bed Junior Suite, Sea View, 4 Bed Junior Suite, Mountain View, 3 Bed Bungalow, Sea View, 3 Bed Bungalow, Private Pool, Sea View, 3 Bed Standard Room, Side Sea View and 3 Bed Standard Room, Mountain View, i.e. the third and fourth adult in 4 Bed Deluxe Villa, Private Pool, 4 Bed Suite, Mountain View and 4 Bed Suite, Sea View is charged 30,90e in the period from 1-³¹⁄₅, 41,20e from 1-³⁰⁄₆ and from 1-³⁰⁄₉, 51,50e from 1-²³⁄₇ and from ¹⁷⁄₈-³¹⁄₈, i.e. 61,80e from ²⁴⁄₇-¹⁶⁄₈, per person per night.
Supplement for half board is 9e per person per day for children aged 5-11,99 years and 16e per day for adults.
Supplement for full board is 16e per person per day for children aged 5-11,99 years and 30e per day for adults.
Daily local drink packages are available from the reception desk at the cost of 5e for children aged 5-11,99 years and 7e for adults.
