Our description
Achilleas Rooms is the accommodation in the center of Sivota, 130m from the sea, surrounded by a courtyard full of greenery and flowers, with enough parking space for all guests. The summer house in front of the villa is ideal for hanging out with a barbecue or wine, and the friendly owners, are always there to provide the information you need.
Gallikos Molos beach is at 600m and the closest supermarket is 350m away.
There are 11 studios., Five are quadruple, with one double and two single beds each, or two bunk beds. Five double studios have one double or two single beds. One studio is designed for one person.
All studios have air conditioning, a TV, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a terrace or porch (studios on the ground floor) with private seating set.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while cleaning is performed on a daily basis.
Turn off the main roundabout on the second exit, and 400m later, you will see this accommodation on the left.
Achilleas Rooms is a long-standing choice of tourists from Scandinavia and other western countries. The reason is not only the guaranteed good price but the location itself, as well as the owner's attitude towards the guests.

Owner description
The accommodation Achilleas Rooms is located in Sivota of Thesprotia, at only 100m from the harbour and 250m from the nearby sandy beach. Close to our lodging, there's also a bakery shop, cafes, restaurants and mini -markets.
From the balconies, you can enjoy the beautiful square and the pedestrian street, where one can do his evening stroll. Under the arbour, you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee. In the evening you can make friends in the beautiful courtyard while drinking raki made by Mr Achilleas.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
