Sun Apartments is situated in the village of Sivota, in the region of Epirus, 1.5km from the beach and 1km from the promenade and marina. This accommodation represents an ideal place for families and friends who wish to enjoy the proximity of the sea and a peaceful environment.

There are five accommodation units available, located on the ground floor and the first floor, able to accommodate up to five adults. The apartments consist of a living room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, a well-equipped kitchen with three cooking rings and a small oven, a large fridge, kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker.

From the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating area, guests can enjoy a view of the garden.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and at no extra cost.

Daily cleaning is provided during the stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
