Anemelia Hotel Apartments is an accommodation located in the center of Vrachos, with only a street separating it from the beach. It features a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a snack bar and its own beach area with a bar. Guests are offered complimentary wireless internet, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas in the courtyard and on the beach. It offers studios for 2-4 people and apartments for 4-6 people, being one of the most sought-after in the Epirus region, primarily due to its fantastic location and courtyard.

The nearest bakery is located 100m away, while the shop is 500m away.

There are 10 studios available for 2-4 people, two apartments for up to five people, and one suite apartment for a maximum of six people. All units are situated on the ground floor or on the first floor, except for the six-bed apartment located on the first floor.

The studios range in size from 27-35m2. Double studios feature a double bed, triple studios have a double and a single bed or a double bed and a sofa, while quadruple studios offer a double bed and two single beds or four single beds

The apartments (45m2) include a double bed in the bedroom, or two single beds and a sofa bed for one child in the living room, as well as a terrace running along the entire outer part.

The suite apartment (55m2) comprises a double bed in the bedroom, three single beds and a sofa bed for two children in the living room, and a veranda (20m2) with a magnificent view of the sea and the distant Paxi island.

Each unit is equipped with a TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace or a veranda overlooking the sea.

Bed linen is changed every 3-4 days, while cleaning and changing towels are done daily.

Parking can be found in front of and near the property.

In the beautifully landscaped, green-filled courtyard, guests can find facilities for children and garden furniture with umbrellas, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. At the end of the courtyard, there is a bar for those seeking refreshments, as well as a barbecue area. Use of the barbecue is not guaranteed, as it depends on the Fire Department, which prohibits BBQ during high temperatures.

In front of the accommodation, there is a private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas, available for free with a purchase from the bar. If you decide to return to your room during the day, please remember to take your towel with you, as leaving them on the sun loungers is not allowed.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
