There are five air-conditioned double rooms (22m2) with one Double bed or two joined single beds. There is an option of adding folding extra bed for third person with extra charge. The rooms do not have a kitchen, only a small fridge and basic dishes. They have a TV, mosquito nets, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea or the yard.
Parking for all guests is provided free of charge.
Cleaning is done every day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
