Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Maria Haus is accommodation 15m from Vrachos-Loutsa beach. It has neat double rooms with a view of the sea or the courtyard. In addition to a good location, it offers guests private parking and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and shop are 100m away.
There are five air-conditioned double rooms (22m2) with one Double bed or two joined single beds. There is an option of adding folding extra bed for third person with extra charge in two units. The rooms do not have a kitchen, only a small fridge and basic dishes. They have a TV, mosquito nets, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea or the yard. A shared kitchen is also available to guests.
Cleaning is done every day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
