Prices are per room per night on room rent and bed and breakfast (BB) basis. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Loukas Apartments is an accommodation located in the center of Vrahos, approximately 40m away from the beach. Guests are offered a spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard, a restaurant, a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas (free of charge, with consumption from the bar), a children's playground, laundry service (with an extra charge), wireless internet, and upon request, small pets are allowed. The excellent service and kindness of the owners are the great advantages of this property.
The nearest bakery and shop are 100m away.
The offer includes four-bed duplex apartments (44-46m2) with one double, or two single beds in the bedrooms. The apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, fully equipped kitchen (mini stove with oven and fridge with freezer), mosquito nets, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a terrace with a sea or courtyard view.
Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every third day.
