Description
Sofia Villa is located just 50m from the fantastic sandy beach of Lichnos. It consists of fully equipped apartments for up to five people and offers free WiFi, washing machine, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, spacious terraces and a shared barbecue.
The nearest store is located in Villa Spiros (which we also cooperate with), while the nearest bakery is in Parga.
Accommodation consists of three apartments. The three (40m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the kitchen area, the quadruple duplex apartment (50m2) has one double i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms,
while the quintuple duplex apartment (65m2) has one double i.e. three single beds in two bedrooms
Apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, safe, kitchen (stove with oven, large fridge, toaster, filter coffee maker and an electric kettle), mosquito nets, bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as terrace or veranda with a view of the yard or the sea.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, towels are replaced every second day and bed linen every fourth day.
Turn off the road Igoumenitsa – Preveza, drive towards Parga for about 5km until the signpost for the Lihnos beach. Turn left and drive downhill towards the sea for another 1km until you see this accommodation on the left side.
Villa Sofia is ideal for everyone looking for luxurious accommodation near a fantastic beach, outside the crowd and bustle of the populated area.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
