Our description
Panos Apartments is the accommodation in Parga about 300m from the center and 500m from the beach. It consists of two studios and one apartment for a maximum five people, with air conditioning, large terraces and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery is 300m away.
Two triple studios (28m2) have one double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed (metal structure with thinner mattress), while the quadruple apartment (40m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. There is also sofa for fith person.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, a kitchen (mini-stove or a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and kettle), WiFi internet and a large terrace.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
There is a store within the house, and someone from owners is always there in case guests need help or information.
There is no private parking.
After entering Parga, you will see Panos Apartments on the left side of the main road, above the mini-market Dokos.
This accommodation is located on the main road and sometimes it's a bit louder in the studios facing the street, while in the apartment that problem doesn't exist. However, it's ideal for all looking for a decent service at an affordable price and do not mind the distance to the beach.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

POstovani interesuje me da l i ima slobodan apartman u period os 10.9 14 noci, dan dva pre ili kasnije. kao i koja bi cena bila za taj period boravka. Smestaj za dvoje odraslih i dete od 14 godine, znaci troje odraslih. pozdrav

Veoma smo zadovoljni boravkom u ovom smeštaju. Sve što stoji u opisu odgovara istini. Po povratku s plaže zaticali smo blistav stan svakog dana, prostrano je i nema sudaranja sa stvarima, bližnjima i sa samim sobom kao što to ume da bude slučaj u skučenim kupatilcima i sl. Domaćin je zaista divan, pitom čovek, nenametljiv i saradljiv. Veoma se brzo stiže do obe plaže, što je još jedan plus. Bez razmišljanja bismo opet rezervisali isti smeštaj.

Apartman je onakav kao sto je i opisano.Odnos cene i kvaliteta odlican.Ima sitnih zamerki na klimu,tv,wifi.Ali sve u svemu mogu da preporucim ovaj smestaj

Panos studios -izuzetno ljubazan vlasnik,vec drugi put zaredom letujemo kod njega.Od smestaja je plaza na 10 min.Nije u brdu,prodavnica je blizu smestaja,u smestaju ima malih i velikih peskira koji se menjaju na 2 dana,ima tecnost za sudove i sundjer,ima tecnog sapuna u wc-u,toalet papira,soba se cisti svaki dan.Vlasnik je svakodnevno tu u kaficu ukoliko vam je bilo sta potrebno.Mi npr. nismo imali lavor u smestaju pa smo ga pitali da nam da lavor,i odmah ga je doneo.Sve u svemu mi smo prezadovoljni.Suprug je upecao nekoliko riba i przili smo ih u smestaju,ali se nista nije osecalo jer ima jak aspirator.Pritom se vlasnik stalno salio sa nama kao sta je to nosite stap a nema ribe??I onda smo mu pokazali da je suprug upecao ribe i da smo spremili deci,sto je pozdravio prstom na gore 👍👍👍

Jedini nedostatak je komarnik na balkoncu,sve ostalo je bilo u redu.
