Our description
Panos Apartments is the accommodation in Parga about 300m from the center and 500m from the beach. It consists of two studios and one apartment for a maximum five people, with air conditioning, large terraces and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery is 300m away.
Two triple studios (28m2) have one double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed (metal structure with thinner mattress), while the quadruple apartment (40m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. There is also sofa for fith person.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, a kitchen (mini-stove or a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and kettle), WiFi internet and a large terrace.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
There is a store within the house, and someone from owners is always there in case guests need help or information.
There is no private parking.
After entering Parga, you will see Panos Apartments on the left side of the main road, above the mini-market Dokos.
This accommodation is located on the main road and sometimes it's a bit louder in the studios facing the street, while in the apartment that problem doesn't exist. However, it's ideal for all looking for a decent service at an affordable price and do not mind the distance to the beach.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Studio je u ravnom delu,5min. od gradske plaze i centra.U blizini su prodavnica,restoran,pekara.Ljubazan domacin.

Smestaj je solidan, cisto, vlasnik Ljubazan, sve u svemu ok. Nemam zamerki za tu cenu. Hvala

Studio je u ravnom delu, blizu gradske plaze, sto je jako bitno za brdovitu Pargu.Mana je sto je jako bucno nocu zbog motora koji vas trgnu iz sna turiranjem. Takodje nas je jednu noc probudio dim od rostilja koji se uvukao u sobu iz lokala pored. Kuhinja je bespotrebno velika i samim tim zauzima dosta mesta u sobi. Ormar mnogo mali za cetvoro. Ciscenje je svakodnevno a menjanje peskira i posteljine na svaka 3 dana.

Poštovani, rezervisala bih četvorokrevetni apartman u periodu od 10.07. do 20.07.2024.god. ukoliko je slobodan u tom terminu. Pozdrav!

Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta. Apartman je na odličnoj poziciji, 5 minuta od male plaže, sve ravno, nijedan stepenik. Ispod su kafić i roštilj, na 20 koraka market, parking je moguć na ulici ispred mada su par dana po našem dolasku postavili znakove za zabranjeno parkiranje. Nas dvoje smo bili smešteni u trokrevetnom studiju okrenutom ka ulici, i iako se povremeno čuje buka (i to najviše od razdrndanih skutera i grka koji se lože da voze na stazi u Seresu) na prostranoj terasi gotovo nikad nije bilo sunčano, što je idealna pozicija za predah. Apartmani su jako prostrani, kuhinja je nepotrebno velika, kupatilo prostrano. Vlasnik je veoma prijatan i ljubazan, žene koje čiste takođe, svaki dan nas je sačekao očišćen apartman, posloženi sudovi, izbačeno smeće. Za svaku preporuku.

Poštovani, dali je vozmozno da u smeštaj/apartman, za 3 ljudi, ima opcija za još jedan krevet na rasklapanje ama za vozrasna devojka, odnosno 4 kreveti za 4 devojke tinejdzerke za termin od 17-26 avgust..poz

Zdravo, jel ima slobodno 1/3 trokrevetnu sobu za periodu od 17-25 avgust… ( moze i opcije od 15-24 avgust, moze i 14-23, ili bilo koje opcije blizu to termin kada je slobodan.. Pozz Maja
