Our description
Ocean View Rooms is accommodation in Vrahos on the beach. If good location and proximity of the sea is your priority, this accommodation is great choice. Rooms are nicely decorated and they have direct sea view.
The beach is only across the street and all the amenities are only few meters away.
The building has Serafino restaurant in the ground floor and the same owners have four units for renting on the first floor (two standard studios and two superior rooms). All the units have about 25-26m2. Standard studios have kitchenette with stove and fridge, while superior have only fridge. All units have one double bed and one sofa for two smaller kids.
Breakfast can be served in the restaurant under.
All the units have internet WiFi signal. A/C, TV, hairdryer, iron, safe box, toaster, coffee machine and small fridge with mini bar.
Bathrooms have shower cabin.
Cleaning, change of linen and towels is being done every 3 days.
There is no private parking but the owner is always helping guests with that.

Owners description
Ocean View Rooms are located in the center of Vrachos-Loutsa Beach. They are just 5 meters from the beautiful golden sandy beach and crystal clear waters, and all rooms overlooking in the sea. Renovated from 2017 can offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay.
There is no better way to spend your evening than having a cold drink on the beach! From your stay at Ocean View Rooms this experience is just a few steps away!
All rooms are spacious and fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. All rooms include a king-size double bed or twin beds, sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom with shower and we offer you your own sun bed on the beach! All rooms have a balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea, offering the space and privacy you need to have a pleasant stay on your holiday.
There is a daily cleaning service and Room Service. Check-in is from 13:00 to 19:00 in the afternoon and Check-out from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija top, se e na 5 cekori (plaza, market, giro, bakery). Samo navecer za spienje ima galama dodeka rabotat lokalite za giro i palacinki. Pogled od terasa prekrasen. Cist apartman, na 3 den ni go cistea povtorno i nova postelnina. WIFI odlicno, i vo soba i na plaza. Obezbeden parking. Lezalki na plaza bez pari so naracani dve pijacki. Mozes da gi koristis cel den bez problem.

Bevme smesteni vo deluks soba. Poglrdot od terasa bese fenomenalen, smestuvanjeto e na centralna lokacija vo Vrahos.Na dolniot del od objektot sopstvenikot go ima fast food Serafino so ubedlivo najdobroto giro. Vo sobata na raspolaganje ima toster i kafemat i pribor za jadenje.Sobata se cisti na tri dena kompletno so promena na postelnina i peskiri.Sopstvenicite se mnogu ljubezni i pomagaat vo naoganje na parking mesto vo blizina i tuka se za bilo sto vi treba.

Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, na samoj plaži. Vlasnici su divni. Sve u sobi je novo, pogled sa terase neprocenljiv. Čišćenje svakodnevno, posteljina se menja na 2 ili 3 dana. U prizemlju je njihov restoran Serafino, gde je hrana predivna. Preko puta stariji sin Janis drži poslastičarnicu. Svakako očekujte da ćete se vratiti sa nekim kilogramom viška..😊Na plaži su besplatne ležaljke. Sve u svemu, prezadovoljni smo.
