Accommodation at Ocean View Rooms is located right on the beach of Vrahos. It is separated from the beach by only a street. If a good location and proximity to the sea are your priorities, this accommodation is an excellent choice. The rooms are nicely decorated and offer a direct view of the sea.

The accommodation is only a few meters away from all the amenities the place has to offer.

This property houses a restaurant called Serafino on the ground floor, and on the first floor, there are four rental units (two standard studios and two deluxe rooms). Each unit is around 25-26m2 in size. They all feature one double bed and a sofa bed for two children up to 12 years old. The standard studios have a kitchen, while the deluxe rooms do not.

The units are equipped with internet signal, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, safe box, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a fridge with a mini-bar. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.

Cleaning and changing of towels and linens are done every third day.

There is no private parking, but the owner always assists guests in finding a free spot nearby.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The price for one person in all units in the period April, May, June, September, October is 60 euros per night, or 90 euros in the period July-August.
