Our description
Hotel Siarbas is accommodation only 50 meters from Loutsa/Vrahos sandy beach. Besides good location, hotel has a restaurant and very good hygiene.
The beach is right in front of the hotel while all the other content of the place is also nearby, few minutes walk.
There are two buildings, first one closer to the sea with 11 accommodation units and the second one behind, with 3 units.
First and central building has 3 double studios (20m2, double bed) while other studios are bigger (40m2) and can accommodate 2-4 persons. There are also 3 apartments, 50m2 each and they can accommodate up to 5 people.
One studio has no view but only veranda for sitting. It has one double and one single bed and one sofa. Kicthen is equipped and bathroom has a shower cabin.
Apartment no 2 is separated house and it has one double bed in bedroom while sofa bed for two in living room. There is also equipped kitchen. In front of the house there is veranda with table and chairs and with sea view. Bathroom is renovated.
All units have WiFi, A/C, TV, small kitchen and sea view balcony. Bathrooms have shower cabins.
Parking is provided for all guests.
Cleaning is done every second day while change of linen and towels is every 3rd day.

Siarbas Hotel, located in Vrachos Preveza. On the Beach Vrachos - Loytsa, where greenery blends harmoniously with the blue Ionian Sea , just a few meters from the beach is located the complex Siarbas Hotel, an ideal environment for relaxation, rest and renewal by the sea.
The 8 overall Siarbas Hotel rooms have spectacular views of the Ionian Sea , a balcony overlooking the sea, while providing services such as air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator, kitchen and free Wi-Fi Internet.
The beaches of Vrachos , uncontaminated by human intervention , is ready to welcome summer visitors, inspiring respect for the preservation of this magnificent natural environment.

Discount
For reservations for period from 21.07.2024 to 02.08.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
