Well-organized, with numerous cafes, restaurants, beach bars, water sports, and entertainment for all ages, it can surely satisfy everyone's tastes. It is located 120m away from the accommodation.
In this accommodation, there are studios on the first and second floor, some of which have been recently renovated. They are designed for a maximum of four adults and offer a double bed and two single beds or two connected single beds, one single bed and a sofa bed for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Smještaj je prostran sa skromnim nameštajem, velika terasa sa divnim pogledom. Čistoća na zavidnom nivou.

Smestaj je blizu plaze ali je uspon ekstreman, izuzetno nezgodan prilaz za auto i parkiranje. Uz dosta napora stizete do dvoriste, pa zatim vas ceka do 1 sprata preko 50 stepenika. Vlasnik nam je noc pred polazak javio da postoji problem u nasoj sobi pa nas je 2 noci smestio u drugu..sutradan smo videli da je tu sobu izdao drugim ljudima.. inace,sobe su prostrane,pogled na more odlican, sve se cisti na 3 dana.. Kreveti u comfort sobi su mnogo bolji nego kreveti u classic sobi.

Apartman je prostran i udoban. Lokacija je blizu plaze, ali je relativno visoko, pa za drugi sprat covek mora da prodze 67 stepenica. Okolina je tiha sto je odlicno za familije sa malom decom. U okolini dovoljno restorana i marketa. Higijena je odlicna i sobarica odlicno odrzava apartman. Kuhinja je premala za ozboljnu upotrebi, tesko je cak napraviti i salatu posto nema radni sto. Izolacija je slaba, pa posto je vreme bilo veoma toplo, skoro da nismo isklucivali kima-uredjaj. Pogled odlican, boravak na terasi pravo uzivanje. Internet i TV veoma lose, slab signal.

Hello, I would like to know is this apartment available, 20.07-29.07 (9 nights) and what is the price? Because we are family of 2 adults and 2 small kids (3 and 6 years) and when I put the second kid on this page the price is going up for +140e. I don't see why when it is a small kid that sleeps in same bed with parents and the studio is 4 bed studio that in reality it would be used one double bed and one single bed. Thanks,
