Hotel Description

Anassa Villas is a newly built complex of villas in Vrachos, with a unique view of the azure waters of the Ionian Sea and captivating sunset, located 250m away from one of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Greece.

Offering three independent villas with a pool, these structures are apartments on two levels with a maximum capacity for six people. Each villa contains two bedrooms, with a double or two connected single beds, as well as a living room with a kitchen where a sofa for two is available.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot is available.

Within these air-conditioned villas, equipped with independent cooling units in both the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a shared washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and two ceramic glass hobs, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. In each villa there are two bathrooms that feature a shower without a tub, with a glass partition.

Guests can spend warm summer days with a breathtaking panoramic sea view on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set.

Each villa has its own private pool and sun loungers.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units is done every two days, with a change of bed linen and towels every three days.

Private parking is provided within the complex for guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
