The property features studios for three people and apartments for five, providing both comfort and convenience for all guests. The studios are furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the apartments, consisting of a living room with a kitchen and one bedroom, include two double beds and a sofa. All units are equipped with kitchens suitable for preparing light meals, allowing guests to enjoy a homely experience during their stay.

These air-conditioned studios and apartments offer free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, a kitchenette equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stovetop, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
