Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
The ‘Afitos Guest House’ has five apartments in the centre of Afitos village with easy to reach amenities for an enjoyable holiday. The Apartments combines convenience and elegance, ther location is 500 meters from the beach. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room with two sofas that are double beds. Every apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests while providing the exclusivity and privacy that any visitor is looking for.
