Accommodation description

Afitos Guest House has six apartments and is located in the center of Afitos village. All facilities that this place offers are near the accommodation.

The apartments can accommodate up to seven people and combine comfort and elegance, and are about 500 meters from the beach.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a living room with two sofas, TV, air conditioning and WiFi internet.

A baby cot is available on request and this service does not incur an additional charge.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional fee.

Guests can park in the public parking lot nearby, the accommodation does not have private parking.

The accommodation is located almost in the very center of Afitos, just a two-minute walk from the heart of the town. Afitos is not situated by the beach, so it requires a bit more walking to reach the shoreline, and the return trip takes additional time as one must ascend the hill where this lovely place is situated. The apartment itself is comfortable, featuring a spacious living room and two bedrooms, each with its own terrace. The bathroom is small, and the ceiling is low, so those taller than 190 cm might frequently bump their heads. The water pressure is weak. The kitchen is large but has too many empty elements. The utensils are sparse; we only had two glasses, and we lacked a ladle, a cutting board, and other similar kitchen tools that we would have needed. The stove is small. The host is accommodating but communicates little; we managed to complete everything quickly. Parking is on the street, with little chance of finding a spot directly in front of the apartment; there is a large lot nearby, but it fills up quickly. Overall rating is 7.5 out of 10.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
