Description
The villa is located in the center of Afitos, only 280m from the beach and less than 300m from the lookout and the old windmill Afitos. The villa offers accommodation in double and triple studios that include a kitchenette (stove with two hotplates) with refrigerator, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and LCD TV. All units have panoramic views of the sea, Sithonia and the old part of Afitos. The atmosphere from the balcony is wonderful both at the crack of dawn and in the evening when a kaleidoscope of illuminated stone facades of the magical Afitos appears in front of you.
The villa is located in a quiet street. The ideal position is set outside the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time just a few minutes walk from the beach and all the sights that abound in the place. Enjoy a fantastic swim on one of the beaches during the day and an elegant walk in the evening.
Towels are provided, AC is free of charge. Accommodation does not have private parking.
WiFi is weaker in some units.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
