Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
A quiet relaxing vacation home situated on the cliff of Afytos over looking the bay of Toroneos. Walking distance to the ancient village of Afytos with its graphic architecture and stone houses. The village offers restaurants, shopping, beach bars, and a wonderful night life with live music and entertainment for all ages of the family. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy your summer vacation with friends and family.
The vacation home offers a community swimming pool and parking area. The swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 until 14:00 and then from 18:00 until 22:00. Please respect the hours and the rules posted in the swimming area. It is a community owned swimming pool and It is shared with all the 25 villas in the complex. Please be considerate for the neighbors as It is a small pool for a few people at a time. The villa also has a private garden with a private kiosk and grill for outdoor cooking and relaxing outside. The patios and balconies are very spacious for a large family and friends. Patio furniture is on every balcony, patio, and inside the kiosk. There is also spaces for private sunbathing behind the house or around the pool area. The best beach bar is 500 meters walking distance from the house and is called Liosi Beach Bar.
Guest will have access to all of the house except for the exterior storage room. This is only accessible by the maintenance people.
