Description
Sinodinos Deluxe Apartments is located 850m from the beach in Afitos and 600m from the central square of Afitos, with numerous taverns and restaurants. The accommodation offers studios and apartments for 2-4 people, which are impeccably tidy, spacious and fully equipped.
In the basement of the accommodation there are two four-bed apartments (they have one separate bedroom), one three-bed and one two-bed studio.
The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out set in the kitchen area, which is suitable for two people.
The triple studio has a double bed and a sofa for one person.
The double studio has a double bed.
Accommodation units have spacious verandas, which are four steps below the courtyard level. The verandas are equipped with sofas.
On the first and second floors of the accommodation facility, there are two- and four-bed studios and four-bed apartments.
There is a double bed in the double studios.
Four-bed studios have a double bed and a sofa for two people.
In the four-bed apartments, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the kitchen area, suitable for two people.
All accommodation units have terraces, which look towards the yard and are equipped with seating furniture.
All accommodation units are spacious and air-conditioned (in the apartments both rooms have air conditioning), they have internet, TV (with satellite channels), mosquito nets and equipped kitchens. The kitchen has two glass-ceramic hotplates and a large fridge with freezer.
The modern bathrooms have a walk in shower with glass paravane.
A cooker is available upon request.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is also available.
A hair dryer is available at the reception upon request.
The accommodation offers guests a safe, which is located at the reception.
In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, guests can cool off in the pool or relax on the deckchairs next to it.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning and changing of towels during the stay in the upstairs units is done every second day, while the bed linen is changed every fourth day. Guests staying in the units in the basement are responsible for maintaining hygiene, and a new set of towels is provided after two days, while a new set of bed linen is provided after four days.
A parking space is provided for the guests of the accommodation in the private parking lot that is located in front of the building itself and has a limited number of spaces, and a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
