My Afytos Balcony & Garden Apartments is located in the small village of Afytos, on the northeastern coast of the Kassandra Peninsula. This is perfect as a base for exploring the peninsula, with the added advantage of being close to Kalithea and its beautiful beaches. Situated on a hill, this location offers a unique view of the bay and the endless blue of the sea, while the narrow streets and stone facades contribute to the authentic Mediterranean spirit. The beach in Afytos is known for its turquoise waters, and the view from above is breathtaking. It is ideal for romantic souls and those looking for a peaceful yet strategically located spot to explore Kassandra, with numerous beaches and entertainment spots nearby.
The property offers double and triple studios, as well as four-person and five-person apartments.
The double studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two adults. It features one double bed. The triple studios can accommodate up to three adults and consist of a sleeping area and a bathroom. Two of the triple studios are located on the ground floor and feature a double bed, while an extra bed for one person can be added if needed. The remaining studios are located on the first floor and feature a double bed and a sofa bed for one person.
The four-person apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed suitable for two persons.
The five-person apartments are located either on the ground floor or on the first floor and can accommodate up to five adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for one person.
A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with two cooking hobs, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. A full-size oven is available in one of the large apartments, while the other large apartment and several studios are equipped with a mini oven. One studio and one apartment do not have an oven at all. The large apartments feature a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, while all other units are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. One large apartment has a washing machine in the bathroom, while guests staying in the other units may use a shared washing machine upon request.
Depending on the floor on which the accommodation unit is located, guests have access to either a balcony or a veranda, both furnished with outdoor seating, making them ideal for relaxation and enjoying the pleasant surroundings.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior arrangement and free of charge.
One private parking space is provided for guests of each accommodation unit.
Room cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is carried out every three days.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
