Accommodation description

Theos Apartment is situated in the village of Elani, near Siviri on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The beach and main amenities of Siviri are about 2 km away, while Elani beach, known for its crystal clear water, is only 800 meters away. This accommodation is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful environment, and the view that unfolds is simply enchanting.

The accommodation unit is located on the first floor and can accommodate four adults and three children. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has bunk beds, and the living room features a sofa for two. The third child sleeps on the extra bed.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned apartment includes a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

From the balcony, which is furnished with seating, a panoramic view of the sea and surroundings can be enjoyed.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation at no extra cost.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, and a set of bed linen and towels is provided for their use. There is a mandatory cleaning service after guests check out, which incurs an additional fee.

Private parking is available in front of the accommodation.

The apartment is excellently equipped, containing everything necessary for a short stay, including small kitchen items that pleasantly surprised us. It is surrounded by stunning nature, with a breathtaking view from the terrace. A significant advantage is that guests have a designated parking space. Our hostess, Maria, always responded quickly to our questions and requests.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
