Accommodation description

In a peaceful location, just 1.4 km from the beach, Elani Villas is a complex of spacious villas designed for families and larger groups who want to enjoy their holiday at their own pace, with plenty of space for spending time and socialising together. Different capacities and large private yards give the complex the character of a holiday retreat where the day can begin with breakfast on the balcony, continue with a trip to the beach and end with dinner prepared on the barbecue and a long evening spent together under the open sky.

The complex consists of five accommodation units with different capacities, accommodating from eight to a maximum of 12 guests. Each unit is arranged over the ground and first floors, while one villa extends across three levels – the basement, ground floor and first floor. Each unit features a spacious kitchen connected to the living room, while the bedrooms are arranged on the ground and first floors, depending on the type and capacity of the unit, or across all three levels – basement, ground floor and first floor – in the villa arranged over three levels. Sleeping arrangements include sofas, double sofa beds and double beds, distributed according to the capacity of each unit.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge, with prior notice at the time of booking, ensuring that even the youngest members of the family have their own sleeping space from the very beginning of their stay.

During their stay, guests have access to air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi internet and a Smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchens are equipped with four ceramic cooking rings, a large oven and a fridge with freezer, as well as a kettle, coffee maker and toaster, making it easy to prepare breakfast, meals and snacks throughout the day. A dishwasher is available in three villas, while one of the villas also has an additional fridge with a freezer compartment in the pantry. For laundry and ironing, guests have access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board, while a hairdryer is available in every unit.

The spacious outdoor areas are one of the highlights of a stay at Elani Villas. Large corner balconies and private verandas are furnished with outdoor seating, while each unit has its own landscaped and fenced yard with a lawn, shaded areas and space for spending time outdoors. Guests can enjoy a peaceful breakfast, spend the afternoon over coffee or gather the whole group after a day at the beach. Each villa also has its own barbecue, making evenings perfect for preparing favourite specialities and spending time together outdoors.

Pets are welcome at Elani Villas upon request, free of charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available, which guests may change and wash themselves. Villa cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.

Private parking is available within the complex, with three parking spaces provided for each villa.

Elani Villas is set in peaceful, green surroundings in Elani, approximately 1.4 km from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy their holiday away from the crowds and at their own pace. The location is also convenient for exploring Kassandra, with the peninsula’s popular resorts, beaches and picturesque villages within easy reach. Thessaloniki is 97 km away, while Macedonia International Airport is 85 km away, making Elani a convenient base for guests who wish to complement their holiday with day trips and exploring the wider area.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
