Accommodation description
Villa Fotis is located in the main street, 180m from the sandy beach and 300m from the main square. It offers accommodation in three-bed studios and four-bed apartments with a modern appearance and decoration.
All units are equipped with a kitchenette (induction stove with two hotplates) with a refrigerator, bathroom with shower, LCD TV and air conditioning. Within the building there is also a small cafe where you can refresh yourself with coffee or sweeten with fragrant pancakes or ice cream.
You can park your car in the immediate vicinity of the villa, and in the common yard there is a barbecue that is available to all guests. Perfectly positioned, modernly equipped, it provides everything you need for a quality vacation. It is ideal for families, couples and the elderly. The parking space cannot be reserved.
Guests are provided with towels, free use of air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

We stayed at Villa Fottis from August 20 to August 30, 2022. The villa comes highly recommended; everything is as described on the website. The price-to-quality ratio is fully justified. The owner, Mr. Foti, is a warm-hearted man who is always available. The villa consists of two buildings. The first building is on the street, with apartments on the ground floor and the owner residing on the upper floor. There is also beautiful accommodation in the courtyard, featuring ground-floor apartments lined up next to each other, all leading to a fenced grassy courtyard, ideal for families with children. The apartments are clean, tidy, and new, fully equipped. The bed linens and towels were changed on the fifth day of our stay (we changed them ourselves). The only complaint about the apartment is the bed in the living room, which is meant for two people. The bed is small; it is a pull-out couch that may be good for sitting but is not suitable for sleeping. It was quite uncomfortable, and my husband barely managed to sleep on it. (This is the only complaint about the accommodation). There is also parking in the courtyard, so that's not an issue, and there is enough space for all cars, with some shaded areas in the parking lot. Within the apartment complex, there is a café that serves pies for breakfast, and during the day, you can enjoy pancakes, waffles, and ice cream. The café is not problematic regarding noise, as locals gather there in the morning, and in the evening, it’s mostly families stopping by for drinks. At 12:00, the music in the café is turned off, and it is generally not loud. Those staying in the courtyard hardly notice the café's presence. There is also a grill in the courtyard that can be used. The villa is a 5-minute walk from the beach, located at the beginning of the promenade. We did not like the beach, so we only swam there on the first day upon arrival. The complaints about the beach are that it is not well-maintained. There are few bars with sunbeds, and those that exist are dilapidated and untidy. There are no showers on the beach. The entry into the sea has larger stones mixed with smaller ones, which caused us to injure our feet a bit. Posidi Beach and the Eldoris beach bar are a 5-minute drive away and are incomparably nicer than the beach in Fourka.

REMARK
- Minimum stay is nine nights.
- The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.
