Description
Villa Fotis is located in the main street, 180m from the sandy beach and 300m from the main square. It offers accommodation in three-bed studios and four-bed apartments with a modern appearance and decoration.
All units are equipped with a kitchenette (induction stove with two hotplates) with a refrigerator, bathroom with shower, LCD TV and air conditioning. Within the building there is also a small cafe where you can refresh yourself with coffee or sweeten with fragrant pancakes or ice cream.
You can park your car in the immediate vicinity of the villa, and in the common yard there is a barbecue that is available to all guests. Perfectly positioned, modernly equipped, it provides everything you need for a quality vacation. It is ideal for families, couples and the elderly. The parking space cannot be reserved.
Guests are provided with towels, free use of air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
