Hotel Description

The villa is located 350m from the beach and 700m from the town center. Marios is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean courtyard full of palm trees, flowers and olive trees. In it, guests can enjoy making a barbecue, slowly drinking coffee or sunbathing. It offers accommodation in three-bed and four-bed studios as well as a five-bed duplex apartment. All units are equipped with a kitchenette (stove with two hotplates) with a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, LCD TV and air conditioning, which is additionally payable on site - 5e per day of use. The villa offers a pleasant stay to everyone who wants accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Towels are not provided.

4 bed studio is located on the ground floor, has one double bed, one mattress the size of a double bed in the gallery and a view of the courtyard.

The triple studio is located on the ground floor, has one double bed, one sofa bed and a view of the courtyard.

Duplex apartment is located on the first floor, has one double bed, two sofas to open and a panoramic view of the sea and village.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

REMARK

Minimum stay is nine nights.
The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.
