Description
Villa Fotis is located on the main street, 180m from the sandy beach and 300m from the main square. It offers accommodation in three-bed studios and four-bed apartments with a modern appearance and decoration. All units are equipped with a kitchenette (induction stove with two hot plates) with a refrigerator, bathroom with shower, LCD TV and air conditioning. Within the facility there is also a small cafe where you can refresh yourself with coffee or sweeten with fragrant pancakes or ice cream. You can park your car in the immediate vicinity of the villa, and there is a barbecue in the common yard, which is available to all guests. Perfectly positioned, modernly equipped, it provides everything you need for a quality vacation. It is ideal for families, couples and the elderly. A parking space cannot be reserved.
Guests are provided with towels, free use of air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
