Villa Maria in Polychrono is a house with a large, landscaped and fenced yard, making it the perfect choice for families with children. It is located just 150m from the beach, in a very quiet environment. Guests are provided with a parking space, barbecue, summer cottage and chairs in the yard.

The closest market is 300m away, while the center and larger bakeries (Lemonis) are 650m away. The closest restaurant is located at a distance of about 150m.

Accommodation is located near an organised beach (150m), where you can use free parasols and sunbeds, with a drink.

It was last renovated in 2012 and is in very good condition, exuding cleanliness and comfort.

The facility has eight units - six four-bed apartments (arranged on the ground floor and on the first floor), one three-bed studio (on the second floor) and one six-bed apartment with two bedrooms (also on the second floor). Upstairs units have sea views, while ground floor units have direct access to the yard. All units overlook the parking lot.

Four-bed apartments (30m2) on the first floor have a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the second room, while those on the ground floor have two single beds instead of a sofa. The ground floor apartments are fresh throughout the day, even without the air conditioning on. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove and a large fridge.

The three-bed studio (24m2) has one double bed and one single bed that can be pulled out under the double bed in the form of a drawer. . Unlike the apartment, the studio kitchen has a small fridge and stove.

Six-bed duplex apartment (2 Bedroom Apartment) in the living room with kitchen has two sofas for one person, and the bedrooms have one double bed each. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, necessary dishes, a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

All units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, terrace or veranda with dryer and mosquito nets. The verandas of the apartments on the ground floor are not physically separated. Only one apartment has a safety deposit box. Bathrooms have shower with curtain.

There is a possibility of using the washing machine (with an additional costs) and a hairdryer can be provided upon request.

Two four-bed apartments on the ground floor (area 30-35m2) have a ramp at the entrance and are suitable for people with disabilities. There are two single beds in the kitchen area, and a double bed in the bedroom. In the bathroom there is a 10 cm high shower with a curtain. The doors are standard width. Our guests, who stayed in this house, were completely satisfied with this type of unit, despite the fact that the apartments do not meet all standards.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests take care of the hygiene of the units themselves. Cleaning is also possible with an extra charge.

The yard is very spacious, tidy, has a children’s corner (swings, slide), barbecue, shower (with hot water from the barrel), summer cottage, chairs. Also, there is plenty of shade.

All this makes Villa Maria an ideal choice for families with children who want accommodation in a quiet location near the beach.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable.
