Owners description
Valasi Apartments are located 100m away from the beach, in the very small town of Skala Furka on the Kassandra peninsula, a resort intended for those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet place.
As part of this accommodation, we offer ground-floor apartments with one bedroom, which can accommodate a maximum of four adults. The apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, while the small living room with a kitchen has a sofa for two people.
In these air-conditioned apartments, where in two apartments the cooling unit is in the living room, and in the other two apartments it is in the bedroom, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV (in one apartment the TV is in the living room, while in the remaining three in the bedroom), private bathroom, kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer chamber, a kettle and a stove with three hotplates and a small oven in two apartments, while in the remaining two apartments there is a two-burner stove.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the furnished veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free parking space near the accommodation.
Valasi Apartments are located 86 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
