Vasilis Villa is located 140m from the sandy beach and 1.4km from the square in the village of Skala Furka, on the western coast of Kassandra. The beach near the accommodation features two beach bars, while a wide range of dining and shopping establishments can be found in the town center.

The Masoutis supermarket is 1.4km away, as well as a bakery.

The maisonette spans three levels and is intended for accommodation of up to nine people. The ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom, while the attic features an open gallery with sleeping space that includes two connected mattresses for two people each.

Within this air-conditioned maisonette, which includes an independent cooling unit in the living room and two bedrooms on the first floor, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave, an espresso machine, and a kettle. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and for an additional fee.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels (with extra charge).

Guests can enjoy the covered veranda equipped with seating or the balcony with a partial sea view, as well as the opportunity to barbecue with family and friends. The yard is carefully maintained, with green lawns and flowers.

Parking space is available for guests within the complex.

Coming from Thessaloniki, from the roundabout in the center of Furka, drive parallel to the coast until you reach the Acropolis and Zattero beach bars, at the lower part of the beach. Vasilis Villa is located within the complex behind the beach, immediately next to the street, to the right of the gate.

If you are looking for accommodation for several people in a beautifully landscaped yard and at a short distance from the beach, Vasilis Villa can be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
