Accommodation description
Despina Studio is an accommodation in a quiet location in the village of Skala Furka, near the beach and not far from the center and all the amenities of this lovely place.
The beach is about 150m away.
The nearest store and bakery are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, and the center is about 100m away.
The studio is located on the first floor. It has a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out bed. Capacity is for 4 adults and one child. An extra bed can be added for an extra charge.
The accommodation is air-conditioned. It has a flat screen TV, internet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large stove with an oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The bathroom is slightly lower than the rest of the studio, due to the space it uses as storage, above the bathroom itself.
The terrace faces the street and is equipped with seating and has an awning.
A cot is also available to guests, upon request and included in the price.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and for an additional fee.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed at the request of the guests with a mandatory surcharge.
Guests can park on the street, or near the accommodation, there is always a free parking space. There is no guaranteed parking space.

A terrifying bed, poor communication with the owner, failure to issue a receipt for the paid taxi service, dreadful internet, a remote control for the TV that we did not receive even after 15 days, a lock that functions poorly and left us outside until 10 PM.

The accommodation is well-equipped, located near the beach and shops... it offers more than the average apartments in Greece. It includes a stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a large combined refrigerator, and a washing machine. It is comfortable for a family of four. The only drawback is the double bed; the mattress sinks due to the slats falling down. In any case, we would return again next year.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
