Description
Despina Studio is an accommodation in a quiet location in the village of Skala Furka, near the beach and not far from the center and all the amenities of this lovely place.
The beach is about 150m away.
The nearest store and bakery are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, and the center is about 100m away.
The studio is located on the first floor. It has a double bed, a sofa and a pull-out bed. Capacity is for 4 adults and one child.
The accommodation is air-conditioned. It has a flat screen TV, internet, hair dryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large stove with an oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The bathroom is slightly lower than the rest of the studio, due to the space it uses as storage, above the bathroom itself.
The terrace faces the street and is equipped with seating and has an awning.
A cot is also available to guests, upon request and included in the price.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and for an additional fee.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed at the request of the guests with a mandatory surcharge. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional fee is required.
Guests can park on the street, or near the accommodation, there is always a free parking space. There is no guaranteed parking space.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
